Return and Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes a purchase may not work out as expected, and we want to make sure you have the best possible experience with our products. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be hassle-free and customer-friendly.
Products purchased from END OF YEAR Sale are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
Easy Return and Exchange within TWO Days:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return and exchange process within 2 days of receiving your order. Refund in the form of Store Credit for Returns:
If you prefer a refund, we offer store credit for returns within two days of delivery. This allows you the flexibility to choose from our wide range of products at a later time. Please note that the store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
Contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order. To contact us, please mail us at thesajna@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8299038639 with your order number and details about the items you wish to return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the simple return or exchange process.
Please Note: We offer a one-time exchange policy. If you need to exchange your item, we’re happy to help you with that.
NOTE : Before placing your order carefully check your size.
Conditions for Return and Exchange:
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your order.
Note:
For any damaged product or wrong product received, we will get the product picked up at our expense. A new piece will be sent once we receive the old parcel. It may take up to 15-20 days. The opening video is a must ( 360° of parcel ) to report a damaged product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of Thesajna in case of returns or size exchange. Please ship back the product to us, after we approve it. You will be updated with the address details on WhatsApp or by mail. Please mention your order number and name while returning the parcel to us.
Refunds in the form of store credit or Origin payment method will be issued once the return is received by the team.
Products purchased during the End of Year Sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
Size exchange is allowed only if the required size is available.
